SNOOTI believes the best way to experience wine is not only by tasting but by learning a thing or two while you're at it. We aim to enlighten at our wine tastings which often turns into a newfound appreciation and perhaps even love for a wine. We select wine that you can't easily find at your local store or wouldn't know to pick out.
We only serve what we'd spend our own money on. We're committed to finding the best producers with high standards and sharing their wines with you through our wine tastings and pop-up events.
Speaking of standards, at our tastings and events, a certified wine professional will always be present at the event. We believe wine should be approachable and fun to explore - but someone in the room who has studied wine in depth is a non-negotiable for us.

I found myself in Austin, Texas while chasing the sunshine from my hometown in Ohio nearly 10 years ago and haven't looked back.
Ashley's wine journey began in her own kitchen where she became obsessed with pairing wine with her own recipes. What started as a simple wine and food blog and taking trips to wine regions, turned into buying an Airbnb in Fredericksburg, and hosting pop-up wine events and private wine tastings around Austin.
