Yup, I'm talking 2nd to bottom-shelf wine selections and mass produced California red kind of "collection". We all start somewhere, right? It wasn't until I discovered the magic of pairing food & wine in my own kitchen and then becoming certified in wine myself - no, I'm not an actual Somm (yet) - when a found a whole new world of incredible wine that I HAVE to share with you through SNOOTI.
