An evening of elegance. SNOOTI and Poeta teamed up to bring an elevated wine tasting and dining all-night affair. We featured Italian wines from boutique producers paired with a custom chef’s menu four-course meal, followed by a late-night happy hour of nightcap cocktails and gelato in the courtyard of The Francis Modern Inn.

VIP Guests got to experience an intimate tasting of Le Clerc Briant Champagne lead by our Sommelier and learn about the rich traditions of the region. The Champagne room was equipped with caviar and Italian-inspired accouterments.
Dinner & Wine Pairings
We had 40 guests with us for an intimate 4-course dinner with wine pairings. Poeta Chef, Kevin Donovan, spoke about dishes, and our Certified Sommelier, Michiko Matsuura, discussed the nuances of the various wines and why they paired well with the dishes. Guests were invited to mix and match the wines and dishes to discover their favorite food and wine pairings.
After Hours Lounge
After dinner, guests were invited into a courtyard at Frances Modern Inn where black and white vintage movies and acoustic music by Ivy Roots played in the background. All while enjoying Amaro-inspired cocktails by Heavy Muddle, and a Gelato cart by Gelato Paradiso.
